At Authority of Fashion, we totally get it—plans change, styles shift, or you simply change your mind. No worries, we’ve got your back with a hassle-free cancellation process. Here’s everything you need to know:

Cancel Anytime (Well, Almost!)

If your order is still in the “Processing” stage, you can cancel it without a hitch. But if it’s already packed and “Shipped”, cancellation is off the table. Don’t fret though—you can still return it as per our return policy.

How to Cancel

Had second thoughts? It’s super easy:

• Log in to your account, find your order, and submit a cancellation request.
• Prefer a personal touch? Reach out to our customer care team with your order details, and we’ll handle the rest!

Cancellation Charges—Keeping It Transparent

For Prepaid Orders:

• Before Processing: No charges at all! We’ll cancel it for free.
• After Processing Begins: A nominal ₹50 charge applies to cover shipping and handling costs.

For COD Orders:

• The upfront ₹50 COD fee is non-refundable, but that’s just the nature of COD. If you cancel, we’ll hold onto it.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation request is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or notification. It’s our way of saying, “We’ve got this!”

Refunds Coming Your Way

If you’ve already paid, no worries—we’ll refund the amount back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment service, refunds might take a few business days to reflect in your account.

What If It’s Already Shipped?

If your order has hit the road, cancellation isn’t an option. But don’t sweat it—you can return it in line with our return policy.
