While we pour love and care into crafting pieces that fit you perfectly, we understand that sometimes things might not be exactly what you had in mind. That’s why we’ve made exchanges and returns as easy and intimate as possible—because your happiness is what matters most.

Exchanges, Tailored to You

We’re happy to offer exchanges for most of our products within 2 days. However, for your safety and hygiene, the following items are non-exchangeable and returnable:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie 
  • Body Stockings

A Gentle Reminder:
Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. We want to ensure every piece is as pristine as the first time it left our hands.

Returns Made Simple

We want you to love every piece, but if it’s not a perfect match, you can return it within 2 days:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie and Bralettes
  • Bodystockings

How We Make It Right:

  • For COD Orders, refunds are issued as Store Credit with lifetime validity (COD charges are non-refundable).
  • For Prepaid Orders, refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • A processing fee of Rs 50 will be charged for return.

If your refund feels delayed, reach out to us, and we’ll help sort it out. Sometimes banks and gateways take a little extra time, but we’re here to make sure you’re taken care of.


How to Exchange or Return Your Purchase

It’s simple and stress-free:

  1. Drop us a mail with your order details and select the item you want to return.
  2. For damaged items, we'll replace them or offer a full refund, free of charge.Please record the package while unboxing at your home.
  3. Submit your request—approval typically takes 24-48 hours.

Once approved:

  • We’ll arrange a pickup within 1-3 working days.
  • Keep the item ready and take a quick photo or video while handing it over—your peace of mind is important to us.
  • Once we receive the item, it will undergo a Quality Check (4-8 working days).
  • Refunds or store credits are issued within 48 hours of approval.

If Your Package Says Delivered but Isn’t

We know how frustrating this can be. If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll work with our courier partner to track it down and make it right.
